Project Pantry!

One of my favorite blogs is House of Smiths. She has so many cool projects and rooms, which is where I got my next inspiration from to organize my pantry. I am really happy with how it turned out and how easy it is to keep organized. Check it out

This is one of my favorite additions to the pantry, we have 2 more to put up as well. Someday....

Owen's Letters

look who snuck in this photo...
This is an old project that I did last summer but still a fun one. I had seen this alphabet wall and really wanted the 'O' button, I had a local wood worker make it for me and found the W and N at Michaels, and the E is just some old door chimmes. It was a fun little project!

Laundry Pedestal

I'm in love with our washer and dryer stands, thanks to one of my favorite blogs over at Show&Tell I love Sausha's laundry room! I am still working on finishing ours to like it just as much as hers! Check out her blog to, so many great ideas! Here is her laundry room. Here is my stands ( a full room reveal to come...when I'm done!)

DIY Drawer Organizer's

I have the hardest time keeping things organized unless everything has a specific spot, I literally need to dumym proof every closet and drawer to keep things in their homes! I have seen drawer organizers all over blog land and decided it was time to tackle my own. It really was a fast project, and something you can do without your hubby if you can run a saw.
look at all those utensils that once were scattered in those drawers

I started by taking all the clutter out and only keeping what I needed, wiped the insides down and lined them with wallpaper ( found mine at Walmart) I had some 1 by 3's in the garage left over from another project so I cut them down so they would be tight enough to fit in the drawers and wouldn't need to be nailed or glued in. They've stayed in place for a few months now and they are always organized!

Rilynn's New Room

A few months ago I discovered Ana White's blog,  www.ana-white.com. Let me tell you, she has some amazing plans! If you love anything pottery barn you have to check out her site and see how you (or your husband...) can build some cute furniture. I came across her plans for the Farmhouse Bed, and knew thats what I wanted. Although my daughter already had a bed, it wouldn't fit the way I wanted it to in her new room. Here is the room before: ( a different room in the house)

Niece's Birthday Gift

Here is a project I did a few months ago for my niece's 1st birthday. This chair was a steal of a deal and I happened to have it stored in the garage for quit a while just waiting to do just the right thing to it. A little paint and a new recovered cushion made it fit for a little girls room. What do you think, like how it turned out?
